Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake.
  2. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  3. Double strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with a basil leaf or thin slice of chilli.

½ egg white
3-4 basil leaves
1 bird’s eye chilli, sliced
