Preparation
- Add all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a basil leaf or thin slice of chilli.

- tequila
- 20 ml
- fresh lemon or lime juice
- 15 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M
- 10 ml
- rhubarb syrup
- ½ egg white
- 3-4 basil leaves
- 1 bird’s eye chilli, sliced
