1888 is a delicate composition of Bénédictine liqueur and the finest cognac, left to harmonize for a period of 3 months, in addition to the long & sophisticated process it takes to make Bénédictine liqueur, in small casks of Limousin oak. This ageing in oak barrels produces the signature taste of 1888, balancing bold depth of flavour with a mellow finish.
