Monk Swizzle is a refreshing and aromatic cocktail built on crushed ice, where the herbal richness of Bénédictine meets passion fruit, citrus and fresh basil.

Preparation

  1. Gently press the basil leaves in a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass completely with crushed ice.
  3. Add gin, passion fruit purée, citrus juice and Bénédictine.
  4. Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  5. Top with ginger beer.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with a straw.

7-8 fresh basil leaves
