Monk Swizzle is a refreshing and aromatic cocktail built on crushed ice, where the herbal richness of Bénédictine meets passion fruit, citrus and fresh basil.

Preparation
- Gently press the basil leaves in a highball glass.
- Fill the glass completely with crushed ice.
- Add gin, passion fruit purée, citrus juice and Bénédictine.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve with a straw.
