Alchemist Punch

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a punch bowl, including the fresh fruit last.
  2. Stir to harmonise all the flavours.
  3. Macerate and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Top up with sparkling water.
  5. Serve with ice and fresh thyme.

500ml
mandarin puree | nectar
350ml
freshly squeezed lemon juice
300ml
sparkling water
2 lemons, cut into slices, 3 tangerines, cut into wedges. Fresh thyme.
