Alchemist Punch
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a punch bowl, including the fresh fruit last.
- Stir to harmonise all the flavours.
- Macerate and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Serve with ice and fresh thyme.

- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 300ml
- sparkling water
- 2 lemons, cut into slices, 3 tangerines, cut into wedges. Fresh thyme.
