The Palais Bénédictine, an architectural masterpiece of gothic and Renaissance inspirations, was erected at the end of the 19th century in honour of the Bénédictine liqueur.
This eclectic building is now hosting a new experience… an exceptional meal in a privileged décor.
During an exceptional lunch or dinner prepared by Erisay Réceptions – a renowned caterer with 45 years of experience in Gastronomy – the participants will discover the subtle marriage of Bénédictine with high quality Norman specialties. First, a Bénédictine cocktail* will be served also with appetisers, then the participants will have the opportunity to taste fine and creative dishes, such as the Timbale of Foie Gras and confit rouennais with Bénédictine chutney, Rouen duck, or even the Bénédictine and nougatine iced soufflé…
